1 tablespoon China Black or English Breakfast tea
2 teaspoons Chamomile
2 teaspoons Elder flower
1 teaspoon Rose hips
Blend herbs well. Use approximately 1 tsp per 8oz cup of water. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
