1 tablespoon English Breakfast tea
1 teaspoon Elder Flower
2 teaspoons Rose Hips
1 teaspoon Chamomile
2 teaspoons Hops
1 teaspoon Valerian
Blend herbs well. Use approximately 1 tsp per 8oz cup of water. Steep for 2-3 minutes.
Relaxation tea is best enjoyed during quiet moments. Take some time to yourself. Breathe deeply and slowly sip your tea. Let you mind wander as it must but gently pull your thoughts back if you begin to fixate. Let the thoughts come & go like clouds in the sky. Be aware of them, but don’t focus on them. Lighting a candle & watching the flame dance can also help keep your mind a bit more quiet.
