This spell comes from my
series of "Ethereal Candles." The candle for this
spell is white and comes wrapped in with the spell below.
The highlighted portion of the text below shows on the outside of
the label and introduces the user to what type of spell they will
perform. If you wish to burn incense during this spell,
there is a list of scents appropriate to Protection spells in the
Grimoire.
Use this candle to assist you in purifying
and protecting yourself, your belongings, and your family members.
Find a space that is quite and will undisturbed.
Relax yourself by taking several deep breaths and then quite your
mind. Place the candle in a holder and light it. Place
your hands around the candle and look directly at the flame.
Visualize yourself being surrounded by a soft, purifying glow
emanating from the flame. See this energy surrounding
yourself (or objects/others) and being cleansed by this light.
Feel this powerful energy filling yourself and empowering you.
Once this is complete you now see a second, brighter glow from the
flame surrounding the focus of your work. You see a powerful
aura surround yourself (or objects/others). Allow this
energy to bond to your spirit providing a constant protective
shield. Once this is complete, allow the candle to burn for
at least 2 hours (place in the bathtub if you cannot keep an eye
on it. Repeat as often as you feel necessary.
