This spell comes from my series of "Eternal Charm Candles." The candle for this spell is purple, comes wrapped in with the spell below and an amethyst pendant. In order to perform this spell you will need: any purple candle and piece of amethyst. Votive candles work well and are very inexpensive. It can be scented if you like, for a list of corresponding scents see the incense correspondence chart. Carnelian is a stone of fire that helps one deal with and release anger, hate, frustration, envy, and the worst of negative emotions. Combined with the candle, carnelian will help you burn up all that is slowly destroying your life and assists you in shielding yourself from additional negative emotions. It will further leave you feeling more confident, empowered & a new view of the beauty that surrounds us all.
Find a quiet, undisturbed area. Relax and take several, deep breaths. Set the candle in a holder & light it. Grasp the pendant by the ring at the top. Pass it through the top edge of the flame, quickly, three times (do not allow it to get hot). Each time 'see' the energies of the stone being cleansed &purified. Hold the pendant in your hands and breathe deeply again, focusing on the candle's flame. See how the candle consumes the wick with veracious intensity. Allow that flame to symbolize all the anger, frustration, envy, hatred and all of your other negative thoughts & emotions. As the candle burns the wick, know that with each second it shortens its life. Your anger and negativity acts as that flame does. It burns away at your life, shortening the time you have to enjoy the beauty that surrounds us all. Take the pendant & hold it in front of the flame. See all of your hatred and negativity being devoured by the pendant. Let all of your emotions out...yell, scream, cry, shout, whatever you need to do to release it ALL. When you finish, run the pendant through the flame three times quickly. This time, 'see' all of your negativity being burned away by the candle. Once again, grasp the pendant in your hand. This time feel the its energy filling every ounce of your being. Feel stronger, more self-confident, free from everything that was holding you back. Feel it throwing open the doorways of your mind, the doorways that allow you to see the beauty of life. When you are through, keep the pendant close. It will help give you the strength to overcome future negativity & anger as well as assisting you in seeing the beauty within you & the world around you.
