Seeliah

Seeliah - In the cabala, a fallen angel once of the order of virtues.  He has (or had) dominion over vegetables.  When invoking him, and for the best results, it is advisable to recite a verse from Psalm 93.  Seeliah is mentioned in Amberlain, La Kabbale Pratique, p. 278.  (a)
